Ordering & Shipping Options
Our online order set-up allows you to add items to your cart by directly selecting the “Add to cart” button featured with each item of our Store.
Shipping fares can be calculated on the “Cart” page and before checkout & payment. This will allow you to preview the shipping fares before completing your order. Once on the cart page, simply enter the name of your country and update the shipping fares calculator.
We ship worldwide via the options Priority Mail and Colissimo. Depending on your order’s weight, one of these two options will be automatically selected by our online set-up.
To France / Monaco:
0 / 250gr => Priority mail (with tracking number)
250gr / 5000gr => Colissimo (with tracking number)
* Pick-up point via Mondial Relay option also available => 5000gr (with tracking number)
To European Union / Switzerland:
0 / 500gr => Priority mail
500gr / 5kg => Colissimo International (with tracking number)
To French Overseas (Outre-Mer):
0 / 2kg => Priority mail (with tracking number)
** To New Caledonia, French Polynesia and Wallis & Futuna:
0 / 250gr => Priority Mail
250gr / 2Kg => Colissimo International (with tracking number)
To Rest Of The World:
0 / 2kg => Priority Mail
Delivery time
Your order will be processed within 24 to 48 hours. Then expect between 2-4 days for a delivery to France, 1-2 weeks for Europe, 2-4 weeks for the rest of the world. * These shipping times can slightly vary in occasional circumstances.
